We're a small team — is Cloud FinOps overkill for us?
Not necessarily, but it depends on your spend. FinOps tends to pay for itself once monthly cloud costs cross a meaningful threshold. In the discovery call, we'll tell you honestly if it's not worth doing yet — and what to revisit later instead.
Do we need a dedicated IT team to work with you?
No. Most of the businesses we work with don't have one — that's exactly the gap this is built for. We work directly with founders or whoever owns operations.
Can you set up Jira and Confluence from scratch, or only fix existing setups?
Both. We handle fresh setups for teams starting out, and reconfigurations for teams whose existing setup has become unwieldy.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Engagements run as scoped one-off projects or month-to-month retainers. There's no multi-year lock-in.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
We're based in Pune, and engagements are run remotely with video calls, with in-person meetings available for local businesses on request.
